A retired Navy officer and Registered Nurse, I have done woodworking most of my life. I started turning wood about 20 years ago and really enjoy finding the beautiful pieces hidden in a piece of tree. I mainly make turned items, but do enjoy making toy cars and trucks. I love the look and feel of natural wood, so very few of my items are painted.
