Happy Holidays!
FEATURED ARTIST
Our featured artist this winter is Nina Adkins, a retired nurse whose one-time watercolor hobby has turned into a bright and exuberant painting style. We're proud she's part of Yucca Art Gallery, and invite you to take a visual tour of her work at:

GALLERY NEWS
We're pleased to announce that Millie Tjeltweed (who was featured in our previous newsletter) snagged an Honorable Mention at the National League of American Pen Women's State Show, held in Truth or Consequences in November, for her watercolor "Ethereal Being." You can preview this wonderful work on our site at:
http://www.yuccaartgallery.com/tjeltweed.htm
Or better yet, come on down to the Gallery in person, after Christmas, to see the painting yourself. You can find directions and a map at:
http://www.yuccaartgallery.com/where.htm
We've added yet more of our artists' works to the website. Fred Miller has a
couple of brand-new pastels on his page, and two more in the online virtual
gallery; Carol Bryant also shows two new pieces (watercolor and mixed media) on
her page.
Just click on over to these pages to see more:

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
We're celebrating in our own way with a small Christmas tree decorated with some of our artists' tiny (under $15) treasures. If you get a chance in the hustle and bustle of the upcoming days, please stop in to the Gallery -- you'll find a warm welcome and a tiny island of serenity and beauty.
And if we don't get to say so in person, please accept our very best wishes for a safe and happy holiday season and a healthy and prosperous new year!
