FEATURED ARTIST, SUMMER 2003
Our featured artist this summer is Lisa Tannenbaum, who's been making fun and whimsical bead jewelry for a number of years. She says she just can't "get serious" -- and we're so glad she can't!
GALLERY WELL-REPRESENTED AT FAIR
We're so pleased that no fewer than five Yucca Art Gallery artists will be displaying their works at this year's New Mexico Arts and Crafts Fair! The show -- at the New Mexico State Fairgrounds -- runs 10am-9pm on Friday and Saturday, June 27 and 28; 10am-5pm on Sunday, June 29; and there is a preview on Thursday, June 26, from 6:30pm -9:30pm. You can find out more about the fair at:

You can get also your own custom preview by viewing the artists' works on our website.
Glenda Jensen, who will also be doing a demonstration at the entrance to the Manuel Lujan building on Saturday, June 28, at 2pm:

MASTER WORKS SHOW
The artists of Yucca Gallery made a very fine showing at the 2003 Master Works Show, also held at the Fairgrounds, in the Hispanic Arts Building, throughout the month of April. Joy Eaton took First Place in Mixed Media Miniatures, while Fred Miller won Third Place in the Pastels category, with his Mountain Sunrise landscape (which you can see on our website).
